"Work", "print", "piece" and "canvas" refer to any products and services carried out on your behlaf and at your request by tradecanvasprints.

You confirm that by sending tradecanvasprints your pictures we have the right to copy and use them as agreed in the order.

We send all work packaged for its protection and requires a signature. Failure to sign for the item or items marked 'not checked' by the courier will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Items received damaged must be brought to our attention by email within 24 hours of receipt and proof of delivery confirmed. Items which are not detailed damaged to us within 24 hours or receipt will not be eligible for refund or exchange, nor will items returned to us without prior notice.

We can only post canvases to UK addresses.

We aim to return any hard copy photographs back to you with your order. Though we make every effort to take exceptionally good care we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurring to the original photo at any time.

Your images will only be used with your express permission.

You agree to abide fully by our return and cancellations terms as available to view on this site and subject to change without prior notice.

You understand that an image enlarged may very slightly lose definition and/or variation of colour may occur from the original copy.

We also can not guarantee that the colours you see via your monitor will represent the actual colour of your image accurately.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation. This will mainly apply to any image we deem to break copyright law, or be indecent or inappropriate. We reserve the right to restrict, terminate and suspend anyone from using this site.

Information and images on this site may not be reused or distributed without prior express permission.

We do not share your information with any 3rd parties with the exception of the delivery services we use.

All information on this site including pricing, terms and conditions and delivery is subject to change without prior notice. This information will be updated on this site as soon as possible.

We aim to provide next day dispatch for all confirmed orders received Monday to Thursday before 1pm. Confirmed orders means the order has been placed, and the proof signed off via email. Delay in signing off your proof will have a knock on effect on your delivery time.

Next day dispatch does not mean next day delivery, that is in the control of the delivery service. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the courier after the canvas has left our premises. Delivery will require a signature. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of the postal/courier system.

Orders received after 2pm will be arranged for dispatch the following working day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be handled on the following working Monday. We are closed weekends and public bank holidays.

To order from tradecanvasprints services, you must legally be able to enter into contracts for goods and services that you may buy here.

Descriptions of goods and services included in the site are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

In the event of consequential loss, tradecanvasprints can only be responsible for the cost of the placed order.
