From Feb 2024 we promise to dispatch your canvas print within 1 working day by 24 hour courier if placed by 3pm on a weekday, so you can expect delivery of your canvas print within 2 working days of your order being placed.
Please note, if a proof or replacement image is needed, your order will be dispatched within 2 days of your final approval to proceed.
If there are any delays with processing your order or with delivery, we promise to let you know as soon as possible.
You will receive the following communications in real-time from the courier the moment your order is dispatched:

We are happy to post directly to your customer's address, and therefore ensure none of our branding or paperwork ever appears in our boxes or packaging. Please ensure you supply your own email address at the billing stage to ensure only you receive the order confirmation. Then simply add your customer's delivery details at the checkout stage and we'll sort out the rest.
